Fresh ‘n Rebel products are designed and produced to the highest standards and offer the highest level of performance, user-friendliness, and reliability. All Fresh ‘n Rebel products, including any products purchased from our web shop, come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Purchase from our web shop
If your product becomes defective due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship within the 2-year warranty period, Fresh ‘n Rebel will see to it that your product is repaired or replaced. Replacement products will be offered at the discretion of Fresh ‘n Rebel. The warranty will resume from the date of the original purchase.
The warranty offered by Fresh ‘n Rebel only applies to products that have been used correctly, for their intended purposes, in accordance with safety and operating instructions. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear, accidental loss, or use that is not in accordance with the safety and product instructions. Fresh ‘n Rebel accepts no liability for any damage beyond replacing the defective product, nor for any loss of data, howsoever caused. Never attempt to repair or access the internals of Fresh ‘n Rebel products yourself. Doing so will void the warranty and you will not find any useable components inside.
If Fresh ‘n Rebel accepts a warranty claim, you will be required to return the defective product. Fresh ‘n Rebel will then send you a replacement product free of charge.
Purchase from a retailer
Did you purchase your product from one of our (online) retailers? Then you can contact that retailer to make a warranty claim under your 2-year warranty, for any defects resulting from poor craftsmanship or defective materials. You can always contact our support team if you have any questions.
We’re sad to hear there is a problem with your product. Did you purchase the product from our web shop? Then, please send your warranty claim to [email protected] and include the following data:
Purchased your product from one of our (online) retailers? Then please make your warranty claim with that shop.
If your Fresh ‘n Rebel product is defective, we recommend that you file your warranty claim by e-mail. You will receive a response to your claim within 2 business days.
Return the Fresh ‘n Rebel product and, if applicable, any power / USB adapter. Things like packaging, manuals and installation CDs do not need to be returned.
Within the Netherlands, Fresh ‘n Rebel will give you the option to return the defective product using a freepost address. The only thing you’ll need to do is request a Returns ID and fill that in on the returns form. After that, you simply drop your return shipment off at any PostNL point. If you live outside the Netherlands, shipping charges will apply. How your warranty claim is processed will be discussed between you and a Fresh ‘n Rebel employee.
The processing of a warranty claim should take no more than 2 business days. After receipt of the defective product, we will send you a replacement product within 3 working days. We’ll send you a message when the replacement product is shipped.
No, we won’t refund the purchase value.
No, the warranty period for the original purchase will resume after replacement. That is why we recommend that you hold on to your proof of purchase. Without your proof of purchase, we may refuse any future claims.
Fresh ‘n Rebel will not reimburse any support costs.
