When turning the speaker on, it will try to reconnect to the last device for 30 seconds. If it can’t find it, it will go into pairing mode and you can connect a new device.
Your speaker will stay in pairing mode for 3 minutes only. Missed it? Press the Bluetooth button for 3 seconds.
Connect a different device?
Disconnect your device to set the speaker back into pairing mode. It is then ready for a new connection.
Hearing a beep?
The battery is getting low. We’ll give you a warning when you have 20, 15 and 10 per cent capacity left.
The speaker turned off?
The battery was below 5 per cent. Charge the speaker to rock out again.
The speaker went to sleep?
You haven’t played anything in the last 30 minutes or forgot to turn your speaker off. Turn your speaker off and on again to keep playing music.
Charging other devices?
The playtime of your speaker will be shorter when using the Powerbank port to charge other devices.
Are you having issues pairing your Rockbox with your phone/tablet?
For iOS users:
Your iOS device remembers all the Bluetooth devices it’s been paired with, all will show up listen under; “My Devices” in the Bluetooth settings menu. You will see a small “i” listed behind the name of your device, look for the speaker, tap the “i” and select “forget this device”. You should now be able to pair the device again as described in the manual.
For Android users:
Your Android device remembers all the Bluetooth devices it’s been paired with, all will show up listed under; “Connections” in the Bluetooth settings menu. You will see a small “settings button” listed behind the name of your device, look for the speaker, tap the “settings button” and select “Unpair”. You should now be able to pair the device again as described in the manual.
What do I need to do if I think that my product is faulty?
All Fresh ‘n Rebel products have been designed and manufactured to the highest quality standards. Of course, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your product. Therefore, if something does go wrong, you can make a claim under the standard 2-year shop warranty, which is valid from the day of purchase of the product in a shop or webshop.
