How do I see how much battery I have left?
On the iPhones, iPods and iPads you can see your headphones battery status in the status bar.

The battery is getting low. We’ll give you a warning when you have 10 per cent capacity left.
What is the Micro-USB to audio cable for?
The Bluetooth connection of your Lace Wireless Sports Earbuds only works when your headphones are charged. To keep listening with an empty battery, use the Micro-Usb to audio cable and plug it into your phone or tablet.
Can I listen and charge at the same time?
Yes! It’s possible. While not being the most convenient way, you can charge and listen at the same time. Handy when you’re sitting down to use your Lace Wireless Sports Earbuds.
What do I need to do if I think that my product is faulty?
All Fresh ‘n Rebel products have been designed and manufactured to the highest quality standards. Of course, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your product. Therefore, if something does go wrong, you can make a claim under the standard 2-year shop warranty, which is valid from the day of purchase of the product in a shop or webshop.
