14 DAYS COOLING OFF PERIOD

Although we are absolutely confident about the quality and design of our products, it can happen that a product doesn’t meet your expectations. That is why we offer a 14-day cooling off period after receipt of your order. Within these 14 days, you are entitled to cancel the purchase agreement and return the product to us.

If you want to cancel the purchase agreement and return the product within the 14-day cooling-off period, please follow the instructions below. Of course, we would like to know why the product didn’t meet your expectations because it might help us make improvements to future products. However, you are not required to provide a reason for the return.

FILE A RETURN REQUEST

We’re really sorry you’re not satisfied with your purchase. So, before you decide to return the product, please know that you can always contact us for any questions at [email protected] or via our social media channels. Perhaps we can work it out together and ultimately exceed your expectations. If not, you can still simply return your product to us. Do that following the procedure below, within 14 days after receipt:

  1. On the returns form you received with your order, enter a return code to indicate why you want to return the product.
  2. Cut out the returns label from the form and stick it on sturdy packaging (box).
  3. Put the returns form and the product (in its original packaging, including all accessories) in the packaging and hand it off at a GLS point.
  4. Once we’ve received the product back, we will reimburse the purchase value to you as soon as possible.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO RETURN?

Return your product in original, undamaged condition, in the original packaging, including all materials and accessories. Treat the product as you would in a shop.

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT MORE THAN 14 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT?

You can only return a Fresh ‘n Rebel product within 14 days of receiving the product. It will not be possible to return a product later than 14 days after receipt of the product. If, after the cooling-off period, you experience (technical) issues with a product, you can use your warranty. To do so, please contact us at [email protected].

ARE RETURNS FREE OF CHARGE?

You will not be charged any costs for returning a product.

WILL I BE REIMBURSED THE SHIPPING COSTS FOR MY ORDER IF I RETURN THE PRODUCT?

If it concerns a return within the cooling-off period, then the shipping costs for your order will be deducted from the refund of the purchase value.
Does it concern a defective product within the warranty period of 2 years from date of purchase? Then the shipping costs for sending the product will not be deducted from the refund of the purchase value.

HOW SHOULD I PACKAGE AND SHIP THE PRODUCT I’M RETURNING?

Return the undamaged product in the original packaging, including all materials and accessories. Use study packaging, such as the packaging the product was delivered to you in, to avoid the return shipment getting damaged on route. You are responsible for the product until it is received by us. If the product arrives with us in a damaged or incomplete state, or doesn’t arrive at all, we will be unable to refund you.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?

Once we have received and processed your return shipment in good order, we will refund you within 5 business days. The time required for you to receive a repayment depends on the payment method you used.
